 MSI was formed for the purpose of managing Homeowners Associations. This involves taking in assessments homeowners pay and then assuring
that services are provided. Some of the services are
provided "first-hand". This includes full service accounting, delinquency follow-up,
budgeting, reserve planning, newsletters, agendas, minutes, and conducting meetings.
It also involves overseeing the Covenant and Rule violation enforcement program and administering the Design Review program.
We also assure that independent contractors perform work for the Association such as pool and grounds maintenance, snow removal, and repairs. We prepare bid specifications for certain types of work. We solicit bids for major projects, make recommendations to the Board of Directors, issue work orders, and administratively oversee the work of contractors.
