Accounting Technicians provide full accounting services to a number of Homeowners Associations. This includes positions in both accounts receivables or accounts payable, which may include:

• Interaction with title companies 
• Maintenance of checking accounts 
• Production of financial reports 
• Follow up on delinquent accounts 
• Interaction with CPA's during audits and reviews
