EMPLOYMENT - COMMUNITY MANAGER

Community Managers are the primary contact with homeowners, Boards of Directors, and private contractors serving communities. This active position includes:

  • Inspecting the communities assigned on a weekly basis 
  • Initiating correspondence and newsletters 
  • Assigning work orders and monitoring work 
  • Solicitation of bids 
  • Processing Design Review requests 
  • Preparation for and attendance at meetings, most of which occur in the evening.
