Vice President of Service & Support
 
Glenn joined MSI in 1996 as a Community Manager and was promoted to Director of Community Management in 1997.  He temporarily left MSI to teach English and Cultural Understanding in Japan from 2001 to 2004. Since returning to MSI in August of 2004, Glenn has served as the Director of Service & Support, with promotion to Vice President of Service & Support in 2006. Glenn graduated from the University of Colorado in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs.

He is responsible for all service and support supplied by MSI, which includes the Administrative Work Room, Reception, Information Systems, and Community Management Support .
