Director of Community Management, Aurora & Colorado Springs Offices

Brenda joined MSI in July 1998 as a Community Manager. Brenda's career began in the Insurance & Real Estate industry and worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. for 7 years. Brenda entered the property management field in 1980 and managed government subsidized and conventional housing. She was a Regional Property Manager for UMIC Properties, Inc., Associated Management, Inc. and Demetra Lawrence Management, Inc. in the southeast United States. During this time, she continued her Real Estate education with courses at the University of Memphis and the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM). She was an active member of IREM until her move to Colorado. Brenda was promoted to the position of Director of Community Management in the Littleton office in June 2000 and acquired her CMCA designation. Brenda oversees the activities of the Aurora and Colorado Springs branch offices for MSI.
